We bought in June and by using December the top had ripped to shreds. Might be excellent for occasional use but should you plan to use it quite a bit purchase any other product. Setup was reasonably simple. Top needs to be reinforced where it connects to body. Over time the wind lead tos the highest to rub against the frame and it put ons then after which the highest types holes. Then quickly afterwards the wind simply tears the highest up.

Shelter measurement is very excellent (placed over a big picnic table with room for a grill and room to cook)and the ten by using 10 footprint is superb for slender houses. Frame seems much sturdier than canopies I've had in the past. The safe haven seems very secure however would probably use the provided tie downs in windy conditions. No problems with water pooling or leaks. Rolling bag seems to be smartly made and has an expander to help in getting everything back in (wish they'd put a pocket on the skin for the cover).
